provide help files and manuals that can provide 'any-time' help. If while
using Pattern Maker you encounter a use question, we suggest that you first consult
the on-line
help information.
If you still need assistance, please see one of the FAQ sections on this
site. If you are experiencing a common problem with the program, then
information will most likely be available in the FAQ.
Also, please check this site for an available maintenance release
update for Pattern Maker in case the problem you are experiencing has been fixed in
the latest release.
If you cannot find the answer to a problem or question after consulting the manual,
on-line help, or this web site, please email us at support@hobbyware.com.
When contacting us regarding a problem, please provide the following information:
- Version of Pattern Maker you are using. To determine the version select About
Pattern Maker from the Help menu. It is very difficult
to provide assistance if we do not know which version you have.
- Version of Windows being used.
- Complete description of the problem and the steps that you
took which made the problem apparent.
- Printer brand, model, and driver version if a printing problem.
We currently provide detailed support
for version 3 and version 4 of Pattern Maker. Please use
the menu to the right to select the version.
